Terms of Service
These terms describe the general rules for using SastoHost services, maintaining an account, paying invoices, and operating workloads on the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By using SastoHost services, placing an order, or maintaining an account, you agree to the current service terms, related policies, and any service-specific technical rules shown during signup or inside the client area.
If you use services on behalf of a business, agency, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Services and Account Responsibility
We provide hosting, domains, DNS-related tools, VPS, billing, and support services as described on the website or client area at the time of ordering.
Customers are responsible for account security, application code, website content, credentials, software updates under self-managed services, and any activity performed through their account.
Billing and Renewals
Services renew according to the billing cycle and pricing shown for the selected plan unless they are cancelled before renewal.
Customers are responsible for keeping billing details current and ensuring invoices are paid on time to avoid suspension, expiry, or service interruption.
Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or behavior that harms platform stability or other customers.
Shared hosting remains subject to practical resource boundaries, fair usage expectations, and reasonable service behavior for the selected plan.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services for abuse, security risk, policy breaches, unpaid invoices, or urgent infrastructure protection needs.
Where practical, we aim to notify customers before ordinary billing or policy-related suspension, but immediate action may be required for security, abuse, or platform-impacting incidents.
Liability and Service Scope
SastoHost aims to operate reliable services, but no hosting platform can guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or loss-free operation in every circumstance.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period and does not extend to indirect, consequential, reputational, or third-party losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms where needed to reflect operational, legal, pricing, infrastructure, or policy changes.
Updated terms become effective when published unless a different effective date is stated on the page or in a service notice.
Review service terms before ordering or changing plan types
If you have questions about these terms, billing, suspension rules, or service scope, contact SastoHost through the client area or support channels before placing an order.
