Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

The 30-day refund window applies only to qualifying purchases made on 1-year or 3-year plans.

Annual and 3-year hosting purchases may be reviewed for refund when the request is submitted within the first 30 days and the service is in good standing.

Refund review may be denied where a service has been suspended for abuse, fraud risk, excessive misuse, or unresolved policy breaches.

Monthly plans are not refundable.

Domain registration, domain transfer, domain renewal, and similar domain-related purchases are not refundable once processed.

SSL certificates, software licenses, setup fees, migration work, consulting time, and other third-party or one-time services are also non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should request cancellation and refund review through the client area or support channels before the 30-day refund window ends.

Cancelling a service does not automatically reverse charges that were billed outside the eligible refund period or on non-refundable billing terms.

If a billing dispute is opened through a payment provider before contacting SastoHost, related services may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraud, abuse, repeated payment disputes, or attempts to retain service benefit after refund may lead to refund denial and account restriction.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or an equivalent billing adjustment path where practical and allowed by the payment channel.

Processing time depends on payment provider timelines, banking networks, and the technical status of the original transaction.
